Where can I find the pricing of customized wear?

We like to work with customers individually to meet their requirements.

Where can I see your products?

You can see our products in our showroom (contact us to book an appointment). Alternatively, we can send you samples.


What is the minimum order quantity for customized wear?

Our minimum order quantity is 5 pieces (it can be a mix of items). Our minimum order quantity of accessories is 10 pieces per style.


How can I figure out my size?

You can determine your correct size in our size guide or we will send you a sizing set. Please note the kit has been designed for riding not standing! To ensure the correct size choice imitate your riding position or sit on your bike. Please, note the onus is on the customer to select the correct size as custom clothing cannot exchanged or refunded.


What is the delivery time of custom wear?

The standard production time is around 4-6 weeks from the point the order and design is signed off and we have received the deposit. Please allow time for design, order processing and transportation. Delivery time takes between 3-5 calendar days from shipment date.


Is there KALAS branding on the custom kit?

There are printed KALAS logos on the kit. Several position are possible to so we can fit our logo best with your design.


Are there any hidden charges?

Depending on the size of the order there is a one off set up fee. This will not be charged for repeat orders without any design changes. There is also a small postage charge on small orders.
